Welcome to Just Felix. These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, customers and purchases made through our website and webshop.

2. Products & Services

Just Felix offers clothing and accessories through its online webshop.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, sizes and colours are as accurate as possible.

Please note that minor colour differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions or device displays.

All products are subject to availability.

3. Prices & VAT

All prices displayed on our website are in euros (€) and include applicable VAT.

Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and update product prices. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed, except where permitted by applicable law.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you make a purchase request for the selected products.

An order is subject to acceptance and availability.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

We currently accept:

  • PayPal
  • Klarna
  • Apple Pay

Payments are processed securely through Mollie.

Where Klarna is selected, its payment terms, approval process and conditions also apply.

5. Ownership of Products

Products remain the property of Flynns until full payment has been received.

This provision does not affect the customer's statutory consumer rights.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days after payment has been received.

We use:

  • PostNL for deliveries within the Netherlands.
  • DHL for deliveries to other European countries.

Every order includes a Track & Trace code.

Actual delivery times depend on the destination country and shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Customers have the right to withdraw from eligible online purchases within the applicable statutory withdrawal period.

Our standard return period is 14 days from receipt of the order.

Returned clothing may be tried on but must remain in the same condition as received, allowing for reasonable inspection.

Certain hygiene-sensitive products and personalised or made-to-measure products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where legally permitted.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@justfelix.com.

We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, the applicable return and withdrawal conditions will apply.

This does not affect any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights.

9. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer and attempt to find a suitable alternative or solution.

If no suitable solution can be agreed upon, the order will be cancelled and the customer will receive a full refund.

10. Age Requirement

Our webshop is intended for customers aged 18 and over.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

This requirement does not affect any mandatory legal protections that may apply.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including their name, email address, telephone number and delivery address.

If incorrect information is provided, please contact us as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for delays, interruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, technical disruptions or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

In particular, these provisions do not limit statutory consumer rights or mandatory legal remedies.
